The Rev. Ms. Jill D. Graham, Chair of the Minister & President Search Committee, reports that the committee has a number of strong candidates and will begin interviews in February.
The committee most recently has been working with Mr. Lorin Cope, UCC national staff person, on the process for making reference calls and on details for the interview process, including location, hosting, logistics and questions.
A draft of the interview questions will be developed by two of the search committee members and be discussed at the January meeting. Cope also agreed to supply church
histories of any applicants invited to interview.
“We are grateful for our sisters and brothers throughout the Massachusetts Conference who are holding us in prayer through this exciting process of discernment,” said Graham.
