Attendees of the 207th Annual Meeting, to be held June 9-10, 2006 at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, will experience transforming worship, workshop, and fellowship – much like the above participants who attended a past Annual Meeting.  Only one resolution is scheduled to be acted on at this meeting: the annual vote on clergy compensation guidelines.  This year’s  event, however, will offer an unprecedented number of worship services  that will feature varying styles and music, as well as discussions on the resolution process and budget, vacation bible camp, various workshops, a hymn-sing, and storytellers. Sid Fowler of the national setting of the UCC will be the keynote speaker.

Meeting planners advise local church members to attend the Annual Meeting to “network, be inspired, celebrate, and worship together.”
