This document and the accompanying worksheet (referred to as files) provide churches and pastors a guide to determining compensation. This document describes compensation and especially notes the distinctive aspects of pastoral compensation. It also provides instructions to complete the worksheets. The worksheets will provide a compensation amount based upon the data search committees or finance committees enter.
