New Clergy ProgramNew Clergy Program: It is widely recognized among clergy that the transition from seminary to local church ministry is difficult and that the first few years of ministry are critical and formative. Clergy in their first three years of ministry will be invited to meet together regularly in small groups facilitated by a seasoned pastor in a supportive environment to share concerns, receive guidance and training in the practices of pastoral ministry and explore together the meaning of pastoral identity.
