Kent Siladi

The Rev. Kent Siladi began his ministry as Conference Minister in June of 2013. As Conference Minister his primary responsibilities include offering a ministry of leadership and relationship, communicating the mission and ministry of the Connecticut Conference, providing programmatic and Conference staff oversight, assuring business and financial oversight, and representing the Connecticut Conference to the wider church.

The Rev. Kent Siladi is a Connecticut native, growing up in Stamford, and a born and bred son of the United Church of Christ. He attended Nasson College where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and Yale Divinity School, graduating with a Master of Divinity Degree. After graduating from Yale, Kent was ordained and served churches in Brookfield and North Guilford before serving as a Regional Minister for the Connecticut Conference. Prior to his arrival as our Conference Minister he served as the Conference Minister of the Florida Conference. Throughout his ministry Kent has demonstrated a faithfulness and passion for the church and its work in mission, stewardship and financial sustainability, relationship building and networking clergy and churches, bringing the church into the future and sharing his deep ties to and appreciation for the United Church of Christ. In his spare time Kent enjoys golf, music, technology, and spending time with friends and family.
