Today we are excited to launch the new Massachusetts Conference Staff Blog. At least every other week, a Conference executive or program staff member will take a turn posting to the blog.
Why, you may ask?
First and foremost, we hope the blog will serve to strengthen relationships and communication between the staff of the Conference and interested people in our local churches. The blog allows staff to share thoughts and perspectives on matters relevant to the church. And it allows church leaders and members to get to know their Conference staff a little better - to understand where their passions and their talents lie, and to know on whom they can call when they have a need.
Secondly, we hope the staff blog will serve to assist church leaders in their efforts to strengthen the vitality of their churches. Staff members will share articles, information and resources to bolster our collective ministries.
We invite users of this website to post comments in response to posts published here. In order to maintain a respectful community, we insist that comments be polite, respectful and tolerant of opposing viewpoints.
