Capital Campaign Secretary - Wellesley Hills, MA

The Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, located at 207 Washington Street in Wellesley, is seeking to fill a temporary secretarial position to assist with a special fundraising campaign. The position will run from September 2019 through March 2020, and require approximately 15 to 20 hours per week. Duties include assisting with campaign communications; organizing various meetings and events; tracking enlistment and solicitation assignments and results, campaign commitments, income and expenses; maintenance of campaign records and files; and production of various reports. Candidate must be computer savvy and have working knowledge of Mircrosoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, and Publisher), a pleasing and positive personality, and excellent communication skills and should be willing to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work required.
