How Faith Communities Can Engage the Poor People's Campaign

1. Education

2. Show Up

  • Watch Facebook page for rally information at State House, Mondays May 14 – June 11 between 2 – 4 p.m. (except Memorial Monday, which will meet on Tuesday) https://www.facebook.com/emappc/
  • Consider traveling to DC on June 23

3. Give

4. Build Relationships

  • The campaign fronts the voices and lives of those most impacted by poverty. Go deeper in relationships you already have established (like food pantries, community meals, etc.) or start relationships in community (connect to Housing Authority local boards, social service agencies, faith communities of color, elder care, etc.)
  • Invite folks to be part of the Campaign from that place of relationship
