Coaching Plus Healthy Communications Does a Successful Conversation Make

Congregational life is an ever-changing phenomenon, complete with developmental stages and predictable stages of growth (some might indeed note these as “growing pains”.) 

These days, that growth and change is happening at an astonishing rate of speed! In this four-hour workshop, the Rev. Dr. Bamberg will present and lead participants through material designed to expand communication skill sets in the following areas:

  • Conflict transformation
  • Powerful questions
  • Leadership development

Dr. Bamberg encourages you to come with specific questions and current dilemmas about which she will take questions and with which she will work.

The Rev. Dr. Claire  Bamberg - Founder and CEO, Potentials Coaching and Consulting Director of Coaching and Senior Consultant, Center for Progressive Renewal
Claire is an ordained minister (D.Min.) in the UCC, a licensed mental health professional (LMFT) in three states, a certified mediator and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with membership in the International Coach Federation. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Claire has in excess of 35 years of experience consulting with a wide variety of secular businesses, and within denominational systems. She brings a wealth of experience to the world of coaching and consulting. She excels in the areas of corporate systems, executive, marital and individual coaching and consulting. She has served both UCC and UUA churches in several states as a redevelopment, transitional, interim and settled minister, and has founded and run two pastoral counseling centers, respectively. She as served as a coach to many business executives, directors and boards, their employees, congregations, and individuals - both lay and ordained.
Dr. Bamberg is passionate about empowering individuals and systems to discover and claim their best “selves” and she also brings that passion to bear in her role as coach and consultant. She works diligently and carefully in the area of conflict transformation and is a Systems expert.  Claire holds her M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School and her Doctorate in Ministry from Christian Theological Seminary.
