Crisis management and emergency preparedness have become a new reality for schools and work places. Churches have an imperative to respond in a timely manner and to provide appropriate care in various crisis situations. An effective first response can reduce spiritual and emotional stress and lead to better management of a spiritual and emotional crisis. In this webinar, we will learn pastoral assessment and appropriate “spiritual and emotional first aid.”
