AN EVENT DESIGNED TO HELP PLAN LOCAL RACE AMITY DAY CELEBRATIONS*

  • Welcome and remarks from Gov. Baker's office 
  • Hear from our lineup of panelists who will share ideas and practical experience on how to plan a local Race Amity Day event in your area (Sunday, June 10, 2018)
  • Film short, "An Introduction to Race Amity"
  • Meet and network with others who are also working to build community and have meaningful conversations in their neighborhoods, towns and cities around the principle of racial amity and friendship

This is a free event. Lunch is provided. All are welcome, but registration is required. Free parking. Public transportation: Green Line “C” Line to Cleveland Circle – Hawes St. Stop or D Line to Riverside – Longwood Stop

*This workshop is dedicated to the memory of Sylvia Ferrell-Jones (1957-2017), former CEO of YW Boston.
