As testimony to our kinship in Christ and the Covenant that binds us one to another, we list below the names of those ministers known to us who have died recently. At one time or another they served in the Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ.

The Rev. Dr. Paul Clark Clayton, of West Hyannisport, passed away on September 23, 2019, from aspiration pneumonia at age 87.  Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Dave and Connie. The Rev. Jim Rabb, who served churches in Hanover and Lisbon, CT, and Wareham, MA, in the 1970s, died on September 17, 2019 after a short hospice stay. The Rev. Jedediah Mannis, co-founder of the Outdoor Church in Cambridge, died early Monday morning, September 9th. The Rev. Ms. Barbara C. Paulson of Huntington, MA, passed away on June 14, 2019 at home surrounded by her family.  Rev. Paulson was the daughter of Frank and Ruth Earnest of Williamsport, PA, and was pre-deceased by her brother, Frank Earnest, III.  She was pre-deceased by her two husbands, Robert B.
